We've set changes to the way we operate to be more environmentally friendly: recycling bins, collection of plastic waste, EV charging points at our HQ, and an EV salary sacrifice scheme for employees.

We firmly believe that having such a diverse team is something worth celebrating. We're proud to have such a diverse team working together, and we do what we can to ensure everyone feels like they belong at Nordens. We like to shout about Neurodiversity because we believe it's a topic that needs more awareness. Becoming 'Neurodiversity Champions' was incredibly meaningful to us as a business and our whole team has undertaken a Neurodiversity CPD course which gave them insight and understanding.
