We firmly believe that having such a diverse team is something worth celebrating.
We’re proud to have such a diverse team working together, and we do what we can to ensure everyone feels like they belong at Nordens.
How we’re Neurofriendly
We like to shout about Neurodiversity because we believe it’s a topic that needs more awareness. Becoming ‘Neurodiversity Champions’ was incredibly meaningful to us as a business and our whole team has undertaken a Neurodiversity CPD course which gave them insight and understanding. To further solidify our determination to become a fully Neurofriendly firm, we have partnered with The Late Discovered Club, a social impact community and podcast, on a mission to give a voice to Late Discovered Autistic women and people, provide access to tailored post discovery support, and to help create safer, more autistic inclusive spaces, places and faces. We’ve also partnered with Ellice Whyte from Mindset BPS, an accredited business psychologist with a master’s degree in psychology and further training in counselling and education.
Our mission is to break down barriers by providing tailored, accessible support that empowers neurodivergent individuals to thrive. By working closely with this community, we aim to create a more inclusive business landscape where every entrepreneur or employee, regardless of how they think or operate, has the tools and opportunities to achieve lasting success.
Female-Led
There’s no doubt that the accounting industry has historically been very male-dominant. However, at Nordens we’re not the ordinary, and our team and Executive Board stands out for being over 60% female! We’re proud to have so many inspirational women working with us to make Nordens great.
