About Darren
I’m Director of Operations here at Nordens. Having joined the firm in 2010 I’ve been lucky enough to witness the growth of our business through working in a number of positions at the firm as part of the Payroll, VAT, Accounts and Strategic Advisory departments which provided me with key experiences across finance and business.
It’s my responsibility to oversee the internal systems and processes that keep the business running at the top of its game. This also involves making sure that my fellow directors and members of the Executive Board are accountable for the targets that we set them. I also make sure that we stay up to speed new technological developments within the accountancy field and beyond so that we can continue to provide the best services to our range of clients.
Nordens is a great place to work, and I have a strong belief that we can be a leading force within the accounting industry with our energy, belief, and determination. It’s been extremely satisfying to experience the success of both clients and colleagues, and to see Nordens go from strength to strength as a business. I can’t wait to continue to be a part of this exciting journey!
Outside of work I enjoy cooking, spending time with my dog Layla, as well as my family and friends, and playing Padel.
