About Olga
I work within the Advisory department at Nordens. My role focuses on dealing with both strategic and non-strategic clients, turnaround clients in need of restructuring, rescuing or simply correcting structures. This allows me to take a researched and deep analysis of certain businesses, formulating what needs to be done to achieve the desired result. Through this role, I’ve been able to gain valuable insight into how businesses and certain industries operate.
My main focus is on improving client's business to make it sustainable with a view to grow and retain. I'm also involved with valuations, forecasting, business planning, liquidations and internal processes re-organisation and guidance.
