I work within the VAT department where along with my supportive team, my priority is to provide a stress-free VAT service for our clients. This involves preparing and submitting VAT returns, while taking into account the fact that every client is individual and merits a bespoke service.
We aim to be friendly and supportive at all times to ensure our clients feel comfortable and can view us as an integral part of their business. I like to make their lives easier by breaking down their VAT returns and explaining in clear, jargon-free language how we've worked out their figures, whilst responding quickly to any queries that arise.
