Congratulations to James Fowler ACA

We’re extremely proud to announce that James Fowler has qualified as an ACA Accountant.

Since joining Nordens in June 2015, James has taken an overwhelming 10 exams – one every three months – and he’s passed each exam first time with flying colours!

We recruited James with a first-class honours degree in Accounting and Finance, and he quickly became an integral member of the team. He offers a personable, professional service whilst dealing with clients’ accounting and taxation needs.  His expertise in compliance issues and business advice contribute to helping his clients stay on top of their accounting work, as he identifies areas which could be streamlined. This allows them to spend less time worrying about accounts and more time dealing with the important matters of running their businesses.

James says, “I am extremely proud to have qualified with Nordens. We’ve grown substantially since I joined the business and this growth is continuing at a fast pace.  I am excited to be part of this dynamic firm and to give our clients the world-class service that they deserve.”

Nordens’ partners are keen to sing James’s praises. Joe Sword confirms that “James has done amazingly throughout his studies, making personal sacrifices to give himself the best chances. The result shows with first-time passes across the board. I am immensely proud of him and confident that he will be a great inspiration to the other team members who are currently studying.”

Lorraine Farnham supports this sentiment. “James has worked very hard to become qualified in such a short period of time. His dedication to his studies has been second to none and this has been proven in the results that he has achieved. In addition, his work ethic has not been diminished which is also a credit to his hard work.”

James is a fantastic example of someone committed to following a successful career path, yet maintaining a reasonable work/life balance – something we advocate for all our clients. Now that he can relax from studying, he can dedicate more of his personal time to his interests: football, martial arts and caring for his six pets: a dog, two cats, two snakes and a tortoise!
