About Hayley

I co-ordinate all the different sections of Workplace Pensions for the Payroll Department Clients. These services include setting up Workplace Pensions on Nest, enrolment, re-enrolment and declarations.

I also run payroll for clients in the following sectors; hospitality, travel, estate agents, and have several payrolls for clients that lie within the caregiving sector. My week is split between running payrolls and co-ordinating all the different stages of automatic enrolment for Nordens payroll clients. I provide all aspects of payroll services for an array of clients ranging from travel agents with over 150 staff, smaller payrolls for carers with just a few employees and sole trader payrolls. If Nordens payroll clients qualify for automatic enrolment, I will be the person who contacts you explaining what your company’s requirements are to comply with the latest duties issued by The Pension Regulator. I can assist with setting up work place pension schemes, enrolment, re-enrolment, completing declarations and I'm always on hand to help with work place pension queries.
