I work within the admin department, covering the main reception area at Nordens. I’m usually the first point of contact for anyone calling or visiting the office. I make sure clients are made to feel welcome, and deal with any queries in an efficient and professional manner.
My background is in Accounts with experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control and Payroll, so I’m able to quickly direct enquiries from potential clients to the right member of our team. It’s nice to be part of such a friendly team and a company that is professional and passionate about the services we provide.
I deal with the incoming/outgoing post, checking HMRC letters/notices and forwarding onto relevant staff. I also update client information on our software systems, Companies House and HMRC.
