About Sharon

I work closely with management and all members of staff on all matters relating to HR, specifically relating to organisational development and design to ensure all departments are set up and can develop in order to achieve organisational and team goals.

I assist managers with resourcing requirements and talent management so that all team members can get the most out of their role and employee experience. This is so that the company is progressive and everyone has the best experience working for Nordens from their very first day.

I also head up Nordens' training team, where we identify a company wide learning and development programme. We spend significant time working with practices to encourage employee engagement to give our employees a voice and be the best they can be.
