About Jan
I am currently the Credit Controller at Nordens. It's my job to ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner as per our engagement terms. This involves solid attention to detail and often having to make difficult calls and contact with people in order to retrieve cash owed.
I believe I build a good rapport with our clients as that is very important in my role. I must be both empathetic & tough at the same time as dealing with late payments can be difficult.
I enjoy learning new skills and injecting a bit of fun around the office through social bonding events and team days out.
