About Jennifer
I manage the Client Co-Ordination department and I spend my days engaged in all areas of the department to support both the team here at Nordens as well as our clients. This includes dealing with company restructures, making sure that all company registers are up to date including director and shareholding changes as well as dealing with Shareholders Agreements
I also incorporate new businesses, dealing with the companies restructure, making sure that all companies registers are up to date and the Confirmation Statements are submitted on time. My goal is to provide clients with a friendly service and I deal with any queries they may have quickly, efficiently and reliably.
