About Jennifer

I work within the Company Secretarial department, spending my days engaged in all areas of the department to support both the team here at Nordens as well as our clients. This includes dealing with engaging new clients, dealing with the paperwork for HMRC and Companies House and carrying out anti-money laundering checks.

I also incorporate new businesses, dealing with the companies restructure, making sure that all companies registers are up to date and the Confirmation Statements are submitted on time. My goal is to provide clients with a friendly service and I deal with any queries they may have quickly, efficiently and reliably.
