I work within the Strategic Advisory department at Nordens. My role focuses on dealing with both strategic and non-strategic clients, turnaround clients in need of restructuring, rescuing or simply correcting structures. This allows me to take a researched and deep analysis of certain businesses, forumalting what needs to be done to achieve the desired result. This has allowed me to gain valuable insight into how businesses and certain industries operate.
My main focus is on improving client's business to make it sustainable with a view to grow and retain. I'm also involved with valuations, forecasting, business planning, liquidations and internal processes re-organisation and guidance. I believe a 'client manager' should be fully in charge of his/her client's business account, working closely protecting client's interests and this is what I adhere to with every client I'm assigned to.
