About Abbie

I work as a Client Services Manager, covering our whole client base within a wide range of sectors to support them with the process of providing their accounts information and making them aware of important deadlines. I ensure our clients are set up efficiently and how it benefits their business and helps with making crucial business decisions.

I also support our account managers with their workflow planning to ensure the process from
when our clients send their information to when we prepare the accounts is as seamless as possible but still providing the best possible all-round service.

I’m proud of the relationships I have with clients, as I liaise with them to make sure their expectations are realistic and everyone is kept up to date.
