I head up our Strategic Advisory department at Nordens, helping business owners to achieve their business and personal goals. We help align the business owners' visions for the future with a streamlined pathway to give them a visual direction and route towards their end goal.
Our advisory department is different to other advisory firms as we adopt a multi-dimensional approach, where we will look at all aspects of the business owner's life as well as the business itself. This includes a dedicated focus on mindset, health and passions, enabling business owners to have a fresh perspective on their future.
We act as a trusted support partner to help them on their journey and will encourage meaningful and beneficial action while providing accountability and structure, so the business owners we work with have a clear focus and action plan at all times allowing them to stay on course, and ultimately achieve their success.
