Receipt Bank enables you to send any receipt/invoice to your accountant or bookkeeper as soon as you receive them – with just a few clicks without delay or effort.
Gone are the days of the collection of paper receipts over weeks, only for you to have to come down to the office with your folder in tow. At the click of a button, you are able to fire up the app, take a photo of said documents, hit “submit” and it’ll be in our hands. E-receipts (eg. Uber, Amazon) can be sent across via email and everything will all be stored in one place.
All items you’ve submitted will be visible in your mobile apps inbox until we have processed them. Has it ever been easier to stay on top of things?
Do I have to send everything across one by one?
No. There are several different modes available:
- SINGLE MODE – Just snap a picture of each receipt/invoice individually and submit to us. We’ll take it from there. Suitable for those who’s documents come through sparsely.
- MULTIPLE MODE – This method allows you to submit up to 50 single page receipts/invoices at a time. No need to sit around
- COMBINE MODE – This mode works perfectly for invoices on 2 or more pages (or really long receipts), that you need to snap on both sides in order to process correctly.
Always make sure to capture the ENTIRE document in good lighting. If you can’t read it, neither can we.
Our Accounting2You team are here to help you every step of the way. We know that new technology can be confusing, so we will assist you with set up of the app, to teaching you how to use it properly, to assisting you on your very first upload!
